Our mission is to provide support in navigating the world of real estate. We are NOT salesmen, we are your trusted partner to walk beside you in your journey providing support along the way. We are real estate professionals so that means whether you need to buy or sell a property, plan a remodel, deal with some sort of repair, or plan your long term real estate strategy, we are here to support you every step of the way.

As a child, I always wanted to be an “Inventor” because I loved to create. The problem was that I was raised in a real estate family. Growing up, my parents made a living selling, investing, managing, and developing real estate. Which meant that as soon as I was old enough to work, I began doing demolition, property management, and all the other real-estate-related tasks you could trust a teenager with.
Once I was old enough, I earned my real estate license and joined Keller Williams. While working there, I was also earning my degree in Real Estate and Business Management from Cal State Northridge. After a few years, I became fascinated with learning how investors build generational wealth through real estate. At that point, I left Keller Williams to learn commercial real estate from a successful team at one of the most prestigious brokerages in the world — The Agency.
After a few years understanding residential real estate, learning how people invest in real estate, earning my degree, and experiencing multiple transactions, I had a clear understanding of the world of real estate… and I was not impressed. Brokers didn't provide enough value, agents didn't work hard enough, and the industry had not seen innovation or creativity in decades. I couldn't help but feel like I could make it better.
That’s when I decided to build a brokerage of my own — Maximus Properties. And it was only after a few years of building that I realized: starting a brokerage wasn’t just a career move — it was the moment I finally became an inventor, building the world of real estate I imagined.
Today, I'm committed to taking on real estate from a new perspective, sharing that perspective, and providing support in navigating the world of real estate.

MATTEO MERLONI
I have always been someone who wants to compete at the highest level. As a young man, I did that through soccer. As a teenager, I was recruited to play in Italy for a semi-professional team. After training for many years, I decided to return to the U.S. and bring my competitive mindset and grueling work ethic into the business world.
I had always been fascinated by real estate, so I entered the industry by working as an escrow officer. After a few years, I gained a deep understanding of the backend operations and was ready to begin guiding clients through their own homeownership journeys.
I connected with Michael at a friend’s birthday party and immediately felt that we shared the same honest, ambitious mindset — something that’s hard to find these days. I joined Maximus Properties and committed to outworking everyone in the industry. Today, I’m proud to say I still maintain that grueling work ethic and have been honored to represent several families throughout their journeys in the world of real estate.

ARA MINASSIAN
Faced with the challenge of caring for his sick mother at a young age, Ara struggled while working multiple jobs to cover medical bills and living expenses for both of them. At 19, Ara found a way out — real estate, an industry that rewards those who work hard and operate with integrity. With his back against the wall, he had no choice but to succeed.
He quickly realized that real estate was a lot like caring for his mother. From a young age, he was forced to make important decisions about her health, which taught him how to make thoughtful, careful decisions with someone else’s best interest in mind. With this mindset, Ara found success quickly. His clients were consistently struck by the patience, attention to detail, and honest guidance he provided.
Ara built an exceptional career as a real estate broker before retiring many years ago. Today, he remains involved in real estate as an investor and serves as a mentor to Michael and Matteo. His honest, client-first approach to navigating the world of real estate is the inspiration behind the values that drive Maximus Properties today.
